Appointments can be booked online. You can also use our app. Simply visit our website. Then, choose your service type and preferred location. For any questions, please use the contact form. Alternatively, call or text us. You can also utilize the chat widget.
No, you do not have to be a member to receive treatment. In fact, we welcome one‑time visits for wellness consults, weight‑loss plans, aesthetic services, and more. However, we also offer memberships for concierge medical care and recovery services. Specifically, these include float therapy, cold plunge, and IVs. Importantly, memberships come with extra perks and priority access. Moreover, members enjoy added convenience and savings.
We do not bill insurance for our services or consultations. Nevertheless, most labs or imaging ordered by your provider can still be submitted through your insurance. Additionally, we accept HSA/FSA for all services and memberships. Furthermore, we are happy to provide superbills. You may use these to file for reimbursement.
Yes, we do. Specifically, concierge members receive priority for same‑day or urgent appointments. Additionally, new patients and non‑members can often be seen the same day. Naturally, this depends on provider availability. Please use our booking system or inquiry form to check. Alternatively, call or text our team. However, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately. Importantly, we are not an urgent care or emergency facility.
