    BALANCED BODY INSTRUCTOR

    Arianne is a dedicated fitness instructor with a lifelong commitment to an active lifestyle. She became a P90X Fitness Instructor in 2016, teaching cardio, strength, and abs at a local gym. During this time, she experienced a personal transformation that inspired her to focus on the concept of “losing weight mentally to facilitate physical weight loss,” leading to the creation of Body & Soul Bootcamp, which later evolved into The Balanced Body & Soul.

    Arianne emphasizes the importance of mental training, physical strength, and life balance through her programs. She incorporates outdoor settings and nature for guided meditation, and has become a PADI-certified freedive master, co-instructing meditative freedive breathwork. Her offerings include Paddleboard Pilates, cold water therapy breathwork, and Freedive + Yoga Retreats, all designed to help others achieve holistic wellness.

  • ETHAN TYLER

    STRENGTH LAB INSTRUCTOR

    Ethan, known as "Mr. Personality," has a robust background in collegiate strength training as both a former athlete and coach. He served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Florida Institute of Technology, bringing extensive experience to his role.

    Ethan specializes in breath work, functional movements, and strength training, and he looks forward to leading his "Strength Lab" classes three times a week. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Saint Joseph’s College and a Master’s in Exercise Science from Indiana State University. With over 14 years of experience coaching student-athletes at the high school and collegiate levels, Ethan has helped many improve their athletic performance and overall health through innovative training methods.

    When he's not at the Indi Yard, Ethan can be found as a master mixologist at the Lourdes Library Speakeasy in the evenings. He believes that self-awareness is the foundation of all effective training practices.

  • GIGI RIPPOLONE

    YOGA-LATES & BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR

    Gigi Rippolone has been immersed in the fitness world since childhood, growing up in her family’s gym, the original Melbourne Beach Fitness, which opened when she was just eight years old. She began instructing indoor cycling classes at 15, igniting her passion for making fitness fun and accessible for all ages and levels.

    Over the years, Gigi has taught a wide range of fitness classes while attending the University of Florida and later in New York City, where she expanded her expertise to include personal training, yoga, meditation, and Pilates.

    After returning to Melbourne in 2020 due to the pandemic, Gigi is excited to reconnect with her community and resume teaching at The Indi Yard, just minutes from where her fitness journey began over 15 years ago. In addition to her fitness career, she is also a prolific collage artist and a local Realtor.

    RELEASE & RESTORE INSTRUCTOR

    Jade is a dedicated yoga instructor, trauma-informed healing practitioner, and passionate advocate for holistic wellness. Her transformative journey with yoga not only facilitated her own healing but also inspired her to guide others on similar paths.

    With a focus on somatic awareness and mindful movement, Jade helps individuals navigate the complexities of stress, trauma, and physical imbalance. She creates a supportive environment for healing and recovery, encouraging her students to nurture their mental and physical foundations, ultimately empowering them to emerge as their most authentic selves.

    In addition to her work in yoga, Jade is a skilled graphic designer and enjoys learning how to surf. A proud native of Melbourne, she is excited to share her offerings with her local community, fostering wellness and connection among those she serves.

    BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR

    Since the age of seven, Madi developed a passion for fitness by creating workouts and leading friends in exercise.

    This enthusiasm translated into a lifelong engagement with various sports, focusing on strength, speed, and agility.

    Madi holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.

    Since becoming a mother, she has dedicated her career to promoting health and wellness, particularly for pregnant and postpartum individuals.

  • ROSALBA DIAZ

    POWER FLOW INSTRUCTOR

    Rosalba is a dedicated yoga instructor and lifelong student with a passion for teaching and personal growth. She began her practice in 2002 after relocating from Venezuela to California, where she immersed herself in Bikram yoga for four years.

    In 2005, she moved to Melbourne, FL, and discovered Vinyasa Flow. Despite the challenges of raising four children and navigating language barriers, her commitment to yoga instruction drove her to earn her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2009.

    Since then, Rosalba has shared her dynamic, fast-paced flows throughout the Space Coast. She continuously expands her knowledge by attending workshops and retreats, and she invites others to join her on her annual international yoga retreats.

    VINYASA FLOW INSTRUCTOR

    Tracey is a dedicated yoga instructor, artist, musician, and mother who passionately guides students through the transformative practices of pranayama and movement. 

    She fosters a supportive environment that encourages self-discovery and wellness, helping individuals build strength and find inner peace. Her classes combine dynamic movements, mindful breath work, and uplifting energy, empowering participants to reach their full potential both on and off the mat.

    Tracey inspires her students to embrace positivity, cleanse their bodies, and cultivate mindfulness, concluding each session with a soothing cold lavender towel during relaxation.
